I’m Sarah – bold, messy, real.

A plus-size, disabled burlesque performer living with ADHD, and a powerful voice for body positivity. I’m not here to shrink myself – and I don’t want you to either.

After a traumatic birth in 2021, I was left with PTSD, chronic pain, and a body I no longer recognised. I felt lost. Depressefd. Grieving the old me.

For a long time, I didn’t know how to start again. But I did. Through therapy, support, movement, and stubborn hope, I began to reinvent myself.

In January 2025, after another serious health setback, I knew I needed to put more back into my body to be the best version of myself.

28th February 2025 – the date Farmasi became part of my healing, from the inside out, and when Fiercely Empowered was born.

I found products that helped me regain energy, ease pain, and lear the fog. I felt alive again: Stronger, resilient, passionate, and fiercely empowered.

I wanted to help others – especially those with disabilities and/or weight struggles – see that they are worthy, powerful, and capable. Not someday, but right now. Exactly as they are.

Now, I’m proud to say I’ve built a team, earned my seat at the table, and even travelled to Turkey to celebrate it all. I’m doing this alongside my soul sister, Sarah Thomas – together, we’re the Dynamic Duo.
